         Le marché a pour objet un service logistique de livraison de conteneurs à déchets chez les clients de l"Agence. Lors de ces livraisons, l"adjudicataire devra également procéder à la reprise des conteneurs usagés en place. Le marché comporte également l"élimination de ces conteneurs usagés.

         Seule la notification d"un bon de commande envoyé hebdomadairement par e-mail confère à l"adjudicataire le droit et l"obligation de prester les services qui y sont indiqués au lieu qui y est fixé.

         Le marché aura une durée de 3 ans à dater de son attribution. Le marché sera reconduit une fois pour une période d"une année supplémentaire, sauf dénonciation par l"une des parties notifiée par lettre recommandée déposée à la poste au moins 7 mois avant la fin de la période de 3 ans.

         L"Agence procédera à des commandes au fur et à mesure de ses besoins, sans qu"elle soit tenue de commander l"intégralité des quantités citées à titre indicatif dans le présent cahier spécial des charges. La notification au soumissionnaire de l"approbation de son offre n"engage donc pas l"Agence à lui passer commande pour un montant global minimum.

         Le présent marché ne porte pas préjudice à la possibilité pour l"Agence de faire appel à un autre prestataire de services pour des missions ponctuelles, sans exclusivité pour l"adjudicataire du présent marché.
