      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Voorwerp van deze opdracht betreft het verwerven en de implementatie van Laboratoriumapparatuur voor Chemie/Immunochemie, een geautomatiseerd Pre- en Postanalytisch systeem en de toestelgebonden verbruiksgoederen. De opleiding van de betrokken zorgprofessionals en 24/7 onderhoud en support na de ingebruikname maken eveneens deel uit van deze opdracht

         De apparaten en toebehoren verbeteren de kwaliteit van de analysen in het domein van chemie/immunochemie en verhogen de efficiëntie (verbeterde workflow).

         De inschrijving houdt een werkende oplossing in -toestellen inclusief toebehoren, accessoires e.d. zodat het eerste gebruik veilig conform de planning kan plaatsvinden- en die mee kan evolueren met toekomstige ontwikkelingen in de markt.

         De opdrachtnemer biedt een oplossing op maat volgens de behoefte en de beschikbare ruimte van de aanbestedende overheid. Bouwkundige aanpassingen dienen door de inschrijver omschreven te worden, de uitvoering hiervan wordt voorzien door het AZ Sint-Lucas.

         De opdracht bestaat uit 1 perceel en wordt aan 1 leverancier gegund. Dit om de optimale compatibiliteit en werking alsook de service na verkoop van de verschillende systemen voor Preanalyse-Analyse-Postanalyse te waarborgen.

         Het contract wordt gesloten voor een periode van 10 jaar met de mogelijkheid tweemaal te verlengen met respectievelijk 2 jaar + 2 jaar. Een mogelijke verlenging zal niet stilzwijgend gebeuren maar wordt expliciet door de aanbestedende overheid meegedeeld. De aanbestedende overheid behoudt zich tijdens de looptijd van het contract de mogelijkheid om -binnen het kader van innovatie- een vervanging van de analytische toestellen met de gekozen inschrijver te onderhandelen.
