        De aanbestedende overheid wenst over te gaan tot de aankoop van volgende volgende goederen:

        — Perceel 1: Intra-oculaire lenzen en verbonden verbruiksgoederen

        — Perceel 2: Steriel gebalanceerde zoutoplossing voor oculair gebruik

        — Perceel 3: Oftalmologisch visco-elastisch product

        — Perceel 4: Aankoop en levering van een phacotoestel en toebehoren

        Voor perceel 1, 2 en 3 wenst de aanbestedende overheid over te gaan tot het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de duur van 2 jaar met mogelijkheid om deze te verlengen met 1+1 jaar.

        Voor perceel 1 zal het ziekenhuis een overeenkomst afsluiten met 3 leveranciers, voor perceel 2 en 3 zal slechts 1 leverancier weerhouden worden, waarin niet alle voorwaarden gekend zijn.

        Perceel 4 betreft de eenmalige aankoop, levering en indienststelling van een phacotoestel, aankoop en levering van handstukken, en steriele custompacks voor het phacotoestel gedurende een periode van 4 jaar.
