         Site Eenens/Voltaire: construction d"un bâtiment passif comprenant une crèche (Altaïr) de 48 lits et une extension d"école d"enseignement technique qualifiant.

         Le présent marché public de services a pour but de désigner une équipe «auteur de projet», à même de concevoir et d"assurer le suivi de travaux de construction (jusqu"à la phase de réception définitive) d"un bâtiment passif situé sur la parcelle communale située à l"angle de la rue Eenens et de l"avenue Voltaire comprenant les fonctions suivantes:

         — une crèche de 48 lits (au rez-de-chaussée et une partie du 1er étage).

         — une extension d"école secondaire d"enseignement technique qualifiant qui comprendra le salon d"application pratique des cours de Coiffure, d"Esthétique et de Manucure pour les classes de terminales: 5, 6 et 7èmes, des cours de Nursing pour les classes de terminales: 5 et 6 èmes et 10 classes de cours standards.

         Les deux entités devront fonctionner de manière indépendante.

         Les compétences requises sont les suivantes: architecture, stabilité, techniques spéciales (chauffage, ventilation, électricité, data/téléphonie, sécurité incendie et intrusion), mission PEB/PHPP complète jusqu"au certificat, mission acoustique, coordination de toutes ces compétences au sein du dossier, ainsi les missions qui en découlent.

         Le budget maximum de ces travaux ne pourra pas être supérieur à 4.022.000 EUR TVA et révision des prix comprises.

         Il s"agit d"un appel d"offres restreint, qui se passera donc en deux phases. Dans un premier temps, les soumissionnaires devront prouver leur savoir-faire en fournissant les documents demandés dans le chapitre relatif à la sélection qualitative (III.2). Parmi ces soumissionnaires, l"administration choisira entre cinq et huit candidats qui recevront le cahier spécial des charges et seront invités à poursuivre la procédure.

         La date limite de dépôt des dossiers de candidature est le 15.9.2016 à 12h, au CTR (Centre Technique Rodenbach), Avenue Georges Rodenbach 29 à 1030 Schaerbeek.
