         Het voorwerp van deze opdracht is het onderhoud van de groeninfrastructuur op de terreinen van Technopolis nv met alle hieraan gekoppelde werken. Onder onderhoud wordt verstaan het hakken en wieden van de plantsoenen (hagen, heesters en vaste planten), het maaien van grasperken en tussen hagen en heesters, het scheren van hagen, het snoeien van bomen en struiken, het onkruidvrij houden (op alternatieve wijzen vb branden, stomen, hete lucht,....) en proper houden van de verhardingen en parkings, het opruimen van zwerfvuil tussen de beplantingen, (verwijderen van bladeren, plantenresten, zwerfvuil,...) en het afboorden van de plantvlakken. Onder het onderhoud wordt ook verstaan het sporadisch ruimen van bladeren op gazon en tussen de beplantingen tijdens de periode van bladval en het verwijderen van groenafval (takken, bladeren,...).
