        The Contract concerns book supply services, covering monographs in different languages. In addition to the supply of materials, the Library is potentially interested in the provision of additional services.

        We define the supply of books in paper format as the service where dispatch of ordered items in print is expected within a maximum of one month as from the date of order.

        In addition in exceptional cases it also covers ‘express orders’ where, for the sake of urgency, the dispatch of ordered items in print is requested within a maximum of 5 days.
