      De uitvoeringstermijn van de opdracht bedraagt 24 kalendermaanden, inclusief de sluitingsdagen voor de jaarlijkse vakanties in de onderneming van de dienstverlener. Deze termijn is bindend.

      De uitvoering van de opdracht geschiedt in volgende fasen. De verschillende fasen kunnen elkaar overlappen.

      — Fase 1.

      Deze fase bedraagt 6 kalendermaanden te rekenen vanaf de dag volgend op het dienstbevel van deze termijn. Deze deeltermijn is bindend.

      — Fase 2.

      Deze fase bedraagt 9 kalendermaanden te rekenen vanaf de dag volgend op het dienstbevel van deze termijn. Deze deeltermijn is bindend.
