         De lokale politiezones en/of de federale politie staan volledig zelf in voor de uitvoering van de overheidsopdracht vanaf de bestelling tot en met de betaling. De PZ MEWI komt geenszins nog tussen in de uitvoering. Dit houdt in dat de lokale politiezones en/of de federale politie instaan voor alle uitvoeringsmodaliteiten met inbegrip van de borgtocht, de herstelling, de oplevering, het beroep op de waarborg, de toepassing van de boetes, enz.
