         Een aantal Limburgse sociale huisvestingsmaatschappijen (SHM) wensen een samenaankoop te organiseren van brandstoffen voor motorvoertuigen.

         KBM Beringen fungeert hierbij als opdrachtencentrale zoals omschreven in artikel 2, 4° van de wet van 15.6.2006 op overheidsopdrachten en bepaalde opdrachten voor werken, leveringen en diensten, ten aanzien van de SHM"s zoals vermeld in het bestek.

         De contractsluiting met de opdrachtnemer, na de gunning van de opdracht door KBM, gebeurt door elke SHM apart, elk voor hun deel. De uitvoering gebeurt tevens door en voor elk van deze SHM"s (bv. afname brandstof, facturatie, betaling, …).
