        Het voorwerp van de opdracht is het verlenen van de projectbegeleiding nodig om tot de realisatie te komen van de herinrichting van de R0 Ring om Brussel tussen het complex Groot-Bijgaarden en het complex van St-Stevens-Woluwe en het flankerend beleid (tramlijnen, doorstromingsmaatregelen, fietsingrepen, combimobiliteit, …) in de Vlaamse rand. Hiertoe zal enerzijds een projectteam opgericht moeten worden die het project verder opvolgt en uitwerkt, en zal anderzijds het nodige studiewerk uitgevoerd moeten worden teneinde te komen tot afgesloten uitvoeringscontracten voor zowel de R0 tussen Groot-Bijgaarden en St-Stevens-Woluwe, evenals de mogelijke flankerende maatregelen.
