         Le marché est divisé en lots comme suit:

         Lot 1: «Fourniture d"électricité»,

         Lot 2: «Fourniture de Gaz Naturel».

         Lot 1: la fourniture de la puissance et de l"énergie électrique en haute tension, au point de prélèvement précisé dans le présent cahier spécial des charges et,

         Lot 2: la livraison de gaz naturel en haute pression, au point de prélèvement précisé dans le présent cahier Spécial des Charges.

         Une description détaillée de ces lots figure dans la deuxième partie du présent cahier spécial des charges consacrée aux clauses techniques.

         Le soumissionnaire peut remettre offre pour un ou plusieurs lots.

         Lieu de livraison: tous les lots:

         Les livraisons auront lieu aux points d"accès des différents sites de consommation, dont l"adresse et le numéro EAN figurent dans la partie technique du présent CSC.

         En cours d"exécution, si d"autres points de prélèvement que ceux décrits dans ce CSC devaient apparaître ou disparaître, ceux-ci peuvent être ajoutés ou soustraits au marché. Le pouvoir adjudicateur informera officiellement le fournisseur désigné minimum 6 semaines avant la clôture ou le démarrage d"un site.
