Study ‘Next generation Internet 2025’ — SMART 2016/0033.
The overall objective of the study is to support the definition phase of the next generation Internet initiative. This includes developing a concept for a new research and innovation initiative on next generation Internet and engaging with a broader community of stakeholders. The concept developed in the study would ideally be used for the contents and set-up of the initiative with the objective to launch the first phase of the initiative in LEIT-ICT work programme 2018–2020, extending in the next framework programme (2021–2027).

You may submit any observations concerning the award procedure to the contracting authority using the contact means under heading I.1.
If you believe that there was maladministration, you may lodge a complaint to the European Ombudsman within 2 years of the date when you became aware of the facts on which the complaint is based (see http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu). Such complaint does not have as an effect either to suspend the time limit to launch an appeal or to open a new period for lodging an appeal.
Within 2 months of the notification of the award decision you may lodge an appeal to the body referred to in VI.4.1.
