         Objet des fournitures: Accord Cadre — Fourniture de projecteurs, caméras, appareils photos et leurs accessoires.

         Le présent marché est un accord-cadre en cascade destiné à couvrir les besoins de l"Hôpital Erasme en projecteurs, caméras, appareils photos et leurs accessoires. Au moment de la rédaction des conditions du présent accord-cadre, l"Hôpital Erasme n"est en effet pas en mesure de définir avec précision les quantités de fournitures dont il aura besoin. Le marché s"exécutera sous forme de commandes ponctuelles (via bons de commande) en petites quantités sur base du catalogue de l"adjudicataire.

         Lieux de livraison:

         1/ ULB Hôpital Erasme, Service des Achats & Assurances, Avenue Joseph Wybran 40 à 1070 Anderlecht;

         2/ Centre de Traumatologie et Réadaptation (CTR), Avenue Rommelaere 14C à 1020 Bruxelles;

         3/ Centre de revalidation gériatrique (CRG), Rue de la charrette 27 à 1200 Woluwé St Lambert;

         4/ Polyclinique de Nivelles, Rue des Conceptionnistes 3 à 1400 Nivelles;

         5/ Polyclinique du Lothier, Boulevard Baudouin, 27 à 1000 Bruxelles.

         Durée du marché: 2 ans.

         Le marché peut être prolongé deux fois par tacite reconduction pour une période d"un an, sauf préavis de trois mois notifié par lettre recommandée donné par le Pouvoir adjudicateur avant la fin de la période de deux ans du marché initial. L"adjudicataire ne peut refuser la décision éventuelle du Pouvoir adjudicateur de prolonger la durée du marché.

         Dans l"hypothèse où le marché ne serait pas reconduit, l"adjudicataire ne peut réclamer aucun dédommagement.

         La date de début du marché sera fixée lors de la notification officielle d"attribution.
