         Le présent marché est passé selon la modalité de l"accord-cadre avec plusieurs participants.

         L"accord-cadre établit les termes régissant les marchés à passer au cours de la période de validité de l"accord.

         L"accord-cadre sera conclu avec plusieurs participants après une mise en concurrence réalisée via un appel d"offres ouvert.

         Chaque marché découlant de l"accord-cadre sera conclu après une mise en concurrence réalisée via une procédure négociée sans publicité.

         Chaque marché découlant de l"accord-cadre consiste en des prestations de coaching en gestion à destination d"organisations de producteurs et de micro, petites et moyennes entreprises.

         Coaching et suivi de la mise en œuvre des recommandations/conseils:

         — Module 1 (tranche ferme): coaching portant sur une analyse financière et organisationnelle de l"organisation — 6 jours

         — Module 2 (tranche conditionnelle): coaching portant sur la réalisation d"outils organisationnels et financiers — 6 jours

         — Module 3 (tranche conditionnelle): coaching de suivi, 5 jours dans les 6 mois suivant la réalisation du module 2

         — Module 4 (tranche conditionnelle): coaching de suivi, 5 jours dans les 6 mois suivant la réalisation du module 3
