         Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture échelonnée de produits pétroliers au moyen de cartes carburant destinées aux véhicules de l"Agence.

         Le charroi de l"Agence se ravitaillera directement aux stations-service de l"adjudicataire.

         Le marché prendra cours à la date de la première commande de carburant et au plus tard 3 mois après la date de la notification de la décision d"attribution, pour autant que les cartes carburant aient été livrées.

         Le marché aura une durée de 2 ans à dater de son attribution. Il sera reconduit une fois pour une nouvelle période de 2 ans, sauf dénonciation par l"une des parties notifiée par lettre recommandée déposée à la poste au moins 6 mois avant la fin de la période de 2 ans.

         L"Agence procédera à des commandes au fur et à mesure de ses besoins, sans qu"elle soit tenue de commander l"intégralité des quantités citées à titre indicatif dans le présent cahier spécial des charges. La notification au soumissionnaire de l"approbation de son offre n"engage donc pas l"Agence à lui passer commande pour un montant global minimum et le fournisseur n"acquiert pas le droit de fournir ces quantités par le fait de la conclusion du marché.

         Le présent marché ne porte pas préjudice à la possibilité pour l"Agence de faire appel à un autre prestataire de services pour des missions ponctuelles, sans exclusivité pour l"adjudicataire du présent marché.
