         Ce marché s"inscrit dans le cadre de l"augmentation du besoin de locaux scolaires sur le campus du CERIA vu l"évolution des inscriptions et l"implantation de nouvelles sections.

         Le présent marché correspond à l"achat de locaux à vocation scolaire sous la forme de constructions modulaires aux normes PEB:

         — implantation de +/- 530 m2 ( 53 x 10 m ) sentier de la drève en vue d"accueillir l"institut Paulus. Ces locaux à vocation scolaire reprendront des classes, atelier, des vestiaires et sanitaires, des locaux techniques tels que cuisine et buanderie, ...

         — implantation de +/- 450 m2 ( 3 modules de 150 m2 ) dans la cour du bâtiment 4 en vue d"accueillir la haute école. Ces modules reprendront uniquement des classes.

         L"attention du soumissionnaire est attirée sur le fait que ces constructions modulaires devraient être installées et opérationnelles au plus tôt afin de perturber au minimum la rentrée scolaire 2017 ( 1er septembre ).

         Au moment de la rédaction du présent cahier des charges, il est très difficile pour le pouvoir adjudicateur de déterminer la date de la notification de la décision d"attribution du marché.

         Nonobstant les délais d"exécution spécifiés par le soumissionnaire dans son offre et une éventuelle notification tardive pour envisager une mise à disposition des installations pour la rentrée scolaire 2017, le pouvoir adjudicateur accordera une prime forfaitaire de 100 000 EUR si les constructions modulaires destinées à l"institut Paulus sont intégralement installées et opérationnelles ( en conformité avec les dispositions du cahier des charges ) pour le 1.9.2017.
