      De looptijd van de raamovereenkomst is vastgelegd op 24 maanden of loopt ten einde zodra het goedgekeurde bedrag bereikt is. De voorwaarde die het eerst vervuld is, stelt een einde aan het contract. Op verzoek van Infrabel kan de overeenkomst 1 maal hernieuwd worden.

      Door zich kandidaat te stellen en/of door in te schrijven op de huidige opdracht, erkennen de kandidaten en inschrijvers dat zij kennis hebben genomen van de gedragscode voor de leveranciers en aannemers van Infrabel en verbinden zij zich ertoe om de bepalingen ervan na te leven.
