        Dit aankoopdossier betreft het organiseren van een bevraging bij de Eandis medewerkers en analyseren van de resultaten die volgende aspecten meet:

        — Welzijn cfr. de wettelijke vereisten van de Welzijnswet KB 10.4.2014 + de welzijnswet van 4.8.1996 en haar uitvoeringsbesluiten (zoals gewijzigd), vandaag specifiek: KB preventie psychosociale risico"s (10.4.2014) en KB beeldschermwerk (27.8.1993, gewijzigd op 24.4.2014).

        — Algemene jobtevredenheid en tevredenheid m.b.t. de arbeidsorganisatie, arbeidsomstandigheden, arbeidsvoorwaarden, arbeidsinhoud en arbeidsverhoudingen.

        — Engagement, waarbij aandacht is voor motivatie en betrokkenheid zowel bij de job als de organisatie.

        — Attractiviteit van Eandis als werkgever.

        — Leiderschap met aandacht voor verschillende leiderschapsstijlen en verschillende rollen van de leidinggevende.
