         Deze opdracht is opgevat als een raamovereenkomst waarbij beheerwerken in gebieden in beheer of eigendom van het ANB te Vlaams-Brabant en Antwerpen worden opgedragen doorheen de looptijd van de opdracht bij wijze van dienstbevelen. De aanbestedende overheid zal de raamovereenkomst hiertoe sluiten met 1 opdrachtnemer per perceel. De opdrachten aan deze deelnemer zullen gegund worden op basis van de in de raamovereenkomst vastgestelde voorwaarden. Het tot stand komen van de raamovereenkomst houdt geen afnameverplichting voor de opdrachtgever in alsook geen enkel exclusiviteitsrecht vanuit de opdrachthouder. De looptijd van de opdracht bedraagt 1 jaar en er is de mogelijkheid om haar vervolgens 3 maal te verlengen, telkens voor 1 jaar.
