         Le Chirec désire se doter d"une solution de digitalisation des flux d"informations digitales multimédias dans les salles d"opération du nouvel hôpital Delta du Chirec.

         Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture, l"installation, la configuration et le raccordement de solutions et d"infrastructures IP dans les salles d"opérations digitales de l"hôpital Delta. Ces systèmes assureront la gestion d"informations, d"images et de vidéos IP.

         Ce marché consistera donc en la fourniture d"un système de gestion d"informations applicatives, d"images et de flux vidéo simple et haute définition au quartier opératoire de l"hôpital Delta qui comportera environ 27 salles d"opérations. Il s"agit de quantité estimée, le pouvoir adjudicataire se réserve le droit d"échelonner la solution au quartier opératoire et de revoir les quantités de matériel nécessaire dans chaque salle en fonction de leur activité.

         Ces objectifs ont également pour finalité l"optimisation de la pratique chirurgicale par:

         — une meilleure ergonomie d"accès aux images en salle d"opération,

         — un enrichissement du dossier patient (intégration des images et vidéos).

         Le Chirec souhaite un système cohérent et d"en maîtriser la destinée.

         C"est pourquoi, le Chirec souhaite:

         — une solution dont la technologie moderne s"inscrira dans le long terme,

         — un système qui intègre les fonctionnalités décrites dans ce marché,

         — une solution dont les fonctions s"interfaceront étroitement avec nos applications internes.
