         Deze offerteaanvraag heeft betrekking op multimerkenkaarten die het mogelijk maken om in België het voertuigenpark van IGO div & IGO-W VZW te voorzien van de gebruikelijke brandstoffen (loodvrije benzine en diesel). IGO div en IGO-W VZW zijn 2 aparte entiteiten met verschillende btw-nummers met eenzelfde operationeel bestuur. Aangezien IGO div & IGO-W VZW beschikken over meerdere vestigingen en opdrachten vervullen over gans het arrondissement wordt er gekozen voor een multimerkenkaart waarmee er brandstof getankt kan worden bij verschillende brandstofleveranciers. Tot op heden wordt er uit noodzaak (door de ligging van de verschillende vestigingen) een beroep gedaan op 2 aparte tankkaarten leveranciers wat extra administratie met zich meebrengt. De beschikbaarheid van CNG en rode diesel vormt een meerwaarde. De firma die deze opdracht toegewezen krijgt, zal instaan voor het leveren van deze brandstoffen voor een periode van 4 jaar. IGO div & IGO-W VZW wensen voor hun wagenpark gebruik te maken van bij voorkeur aan de nummerplaat gebonden multimerkenkaarten voor brandstofvoorziening verspreid over België. Het huidig opgegeven verbruik wordt hoofdzakelijk afgenomen bij tankstations gelegen in het arrondissement Leuven. Er wordt geen minimale afnameverplichting voorzien. Binnen de termijn van het contract is variatie in min of meer mogelijk, zowel in afname als in aantal. De mogelijkheden inzake controle op het gebruik van de kaarten zijn een essentieel onderdeel van de opdracht.

         De ideale opdrachtnemer:

         — levert de gevraagde brandstoffen aan een scherpe prijs;

         — beschikt over een zo uitgebreid mogelijk verdeelnet in het arrondissement Leuven;

         — beheert een elektronisch betaalsysteem via tankkaarten waarmee de verschillende deelleveringen kunnen worden betaald;

         — geeft op overzichtelijke wijze de bestelgeschiedenis weer aan de aanbestedende overheid.
