         Deze opdracht heeft als voorwerp het tijdelijk leveren van consultancydiensten met het oog op het aantrekken, opsporen, detecteren, screenen, adviseren en evalueren van potentiële topcongressen voor Vlaanderen.

         In 2016 schreef Toerisme Vlaanderen hiervoor de quasi gelijknamige overheidsopdracht uit „Tijdelijke opdracht voor consultancydiensten van assocation lead experts voor het congresbureau van Toerisme Vlaanderen” (opdracht nr. TVL/2016/1261/BDE) voor de ter beschikking stelling van 3 association lead experts. De opdracht werd opgesplitst in 3 percelen (1 perceel per association lead expert). Enkel het perceel 1 en perceel 3 werden gegund. Voor perceel 2 werd geen geschikte opdrachtnemer gevonden.

         Met onderhavige opdracht wordt het perceel 2 opnieuw aanbesteed, zodat Toerisme Vlaanderen alsnog over een association lead expert — economische groeisectoren B kan beschikken.
