      Art. 26 Herhaling van opdracht.

      Bij toepassing van art. 26, §1, 2° b) van de wet heeft de aanbestedende overheid het recht deze opdracht te herhalen.

      Art. 37, §2 Verlenging.

      De opdracht kan worden verlengd volgens onderstaande modaliteiten:

      Uitdrukkelijke verlenging:

      De opdracht wordt uitdrukkelijk verlengd met een termijn van 1 jaar. De aanbestedende overheid heeft het recht de opdracht geheel of gedeeltelijk te verlengen in 1 of meerdere malen met een maximale totale duur van 4 jaar. Iedere verlenging wordt aan de opdrachtnemer genotificeerd tenminste 60 kalenderdagen voor het verstrijken van de lopende uitvoeringstermijn.

      De aanbestedende overheid heeft tevens het recht de opdracht niet te verlengen zonder enige vorm van schadevergoeding. De niet verlenging wordt aan de opdrachtnemer genotificeerd tenminste 60 kalenderdagen voor het verstrijken van de lopende geldigheidstermijn.

      De opdrachtnemer heeft gedurende de duur van de opdracht geen exclusiviteitsrechten.

      De aanbestedende overheid heeft het recht om, tijdens de duur van de opdracht, een derde opdrachtnemer aan te stellen om prestaties vervat in deze opdracht uit te voeren.
