      * Dit document is een oproep tot kandidaatstelling (1e fase) als onderdeel van een procedure in 2 fasen: in eerste fase wordt de opdracht bekend gemaakt via een aankondiging/publicatie. Hierin worden de financiële, economische en technische minimumeisen (zoals bepaald in III.2.) waaraan de belangstellende kandidaten moeten voldoen gesteld en de uiterste ontvangstdatum voor de aanvragen tot deelneming.
