         De huurkoop, inclusief leveren, installeren en configureren alsook het onderhoud van een telefonieplatform voor alle diensten van het stad- en OCMW-bestuur van Torhout over een periode van 7 jaar verlengbaar tot 10 jaar.

         De aankoopsom (na 7 jaar) wordt vastgelegd op 1 000 EUR (incl. btw). Het betreft een aankoopoptie die verplicht moet worden aangeboden door de leverancier, het is echter geen verplichting van het bestuur om na 7 jaar effectief gebruik te maken van deze aankoopoptie. Het is niet toegelaten afwijkende aankoopsommen op te nemen in de offerte.

         De leverancier dient tevens prijs te geven voor het onderhoudscontract in jaar 8, 9 en 10 indien het bestuur na 7 jaar wenst gebruik te maken van de aankoopoptie en het systeem verder wenst te gebruiken.

         De opdracht wordt opgesplitst in 2 fasen:

         Fase 1: volledige installatie met uitzondering van de toestellen type 5.1 voor het gebruik in het woonzorgcentrum (WZC).
