         AZ Klina int 95 % van de patiëntenvorderingen zelf door de factuur en indien nodig binnen een periode van 6 weken na de factuurdatum reeds 2 rappels naar de debiteur te sturen.

         Voor het verder afhandelen van de 5 % openstaande invorderingsprocedures zoekt het AZ Klina een partner voor het innen en vervolging van de openstaande en achterstallige ziekenhuisfacturen en -rekeningen, zo in hoofdsom, intresten en schadebeding. Daarbij wenst het ziekenhuis zijn patiëntvriendelijk en humaan imago te behouden.

         Deze gerechtelijke invordering zal steeds opstarten met een aanmaning (ingebrekestelling) van de debiteur en indien vereist en mogelijk vervolgd worden voor de bevoegde rechtbank conform de verkoopvoorwaarden en in samenwerking met de door Klina aangestelde advocaten, na selectie door de weerhouden inschrijver.

         Alle taken verbonden aan deze opdracht zal door de inschrijver worden opgevolgd en gecoördineerd, in acht genomen de wettelijke termijnen en de solva...
