         The Joint Administration of Finland"s representations in Brussels is providing the administrative services for the three Finnish diplomatic Missions in Brussels/Belgium.

         Office area: 3 000 sqm. There are 120 persons working in the Permanent Representation/Embassy daily, the provider for cleaning services needs to assess the need of cleaning materials according to that information.

         Cleaning Time: 9 hours 5 times a week / cleaning and maintenance of facilities should be carried out at 8:30-16:45 on weekdays (Monday to Friday).

         Object, Residence of the Ambassador

         Ambassador"s residence: 220 sqm.

         Cleaning Time: cleaning 4 hours twice a week and garment maintenance 3 hours twice a week should be carried out at 8:30 -16:45 on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and as agreed.

         Object, Residence of the Ambassador of NATO Ambassador"s residence 300 sqm.
