         Het gemeentebestuur en het OCMW willen hun eigen gebouwen zo maximaal mogelijk voorzien van fotovoltaïsche zonnepanelen om enerzijds zelf in te staan voor de energieopwekking voor de gebouwen, anderzijds om de CO2-uitstoot van het gemeentelijk patrimonium naar beneden te halen.

         De beide lokale besturen zoeken daarom een derdepartijfinancierder die de levering, plaatsing en exploitatie van de zonnepanelen op zich neemt. De beide besturen kopen de opgewekte zonnestroom aan aan deze derdepartijfinancierder.

         Deze partij exploiteert de geplaatste zonnepanelen gedurende 20 jaar waarbij het de bedoeling is dat de totale impact van dit contract positief is voor het gemeentebudget over 20 jaar.

         De contractant die wordt aangesteld, moet voor deze investeringen die hij zal doen op het gemeentelijk patrimonium en op dat van het OCMW financiële middelen ophalen bij de Kuurnse stakeholders. Deze kunnen coöperant worden van de coöperatie die de exploitatie ...
