         In order to maintain the fire detection system the JRC Geel wishes to conclude a contract for the following services:

         (1) inventory of the fire detection system, maintenance procedures and checklists and maintenance management system;

         (2) the preventive maintenance;

         (3) the corrective maintenance (i.e. repairs) including the possibility of interventions outside the normal working hours;

         (4) the replacement of old components and subsystems with new ones;

         (5) a 24-hour on-call service;

         (6) the extension and adaptation of the system due to changes in the infrastructure.
