         De opdrachtnemer voorziet voor de duurtijd van het contract in een full-service belevering die minimaal voldoet aan de vereisten van dit bestek. Het gaat om full-service in belevering, maar ook in ondersteuning (voorschriften, attesten, ondersteunende processen, facturatie, …). De full-service wordt gedetailleerd beschreven vanaf hoofdstuk IV.2

         In toepassing van artikel 2, 4° van de wet van 15.6.2006 betreffende de overheidsopdrachten, zal Zorgbedrijf Roeselare optreden als opdrachtencentrale in die zin dat ze overheidsopdrachten of raamovereenkomsten met betrekking tot werken, leveringen of diensten plaatst die bestemd zijn voor aanbestedende overheden, overheidsbedrijven of aanbestedende entiteiten, meer bepaald Zorgbedrijf Roeselare, OCMW Blankenberge en OCMW Lichtervelde.
