        De gemeente Overijse brengt tweemaandelijks een gemeentelijk infoblad „De Overijsenaar” uit voor alle inwoners van het grondgebied van Overijse. Deze dienstenopdracht betreft de algemene realisatie van dit gemeentelijk infoblad en bedeling voor vier jaargangen met eenzijdige mogelijkheid tot opzeg na drie jaar: van het eerste nummer voor juli 2017 (bedeling eind juni) tot en met het laatste nummer van mei 2021 (bedeling eind april).

        De opdracht omvat 2 percelen.

        — Perceel 1: realisatie (prepress en press)

        — Perceel 2: bedeling

        Een basiseditie omvat 24 pagina"s, uitgebreid met extra 4 of 8 pagina"s als katern (UITkalender). Het gemeentelijk infoblad verschijnt tweemaandelijks (oneven maanden), met uitzondering van augustus. Dan verschijnt een extra editie van 8 pagina"s specifiek voor de Druivenfeesten.
