      Indien u dit dossier toevoegt aan uw favorieten, wordt u via mail op de hoogte gesteld van alle wijzigingen.

      Om te verhelpen aan sommige problemen die zich kunnen voordoen bij de overlegging, de ontvangst of de opening van met elektronische middelen ingediende kandidatuurstellingen/ offertes, geeft het Havenbedrijf de toestemming aan de kandidaten / inschrijvers om overeenkomstig art. 57 §3, 2° van het KB van 16.7.2012 zowel een kandidatuurstelling / offerte, overgelegd met elektronische middelen, in te dienen, als een veiligheidskopie. Deze veiligheidskopie wordt in een definitief gesloten envelop gestoken waarop duidelijk „veiligheidskopie” wordt vermeld en wordt binnen de opgelegde ontvangsttermijn ingediend op volgend adres: Gemeentelijk Havenbedrijf Antwerpen, Administratie overheidsopdrachten, Hofstraat 17, 2000 Antwerpen. Deze kopie mag enkel worden geopend ingeval van een tekortkoming bij de overlegging, de ontvangst of de opening van de met elektronische middelen overgelegde kandidatuurstelling / offerte. Ze vervangt in dat geval definitief het met elektronische middelen overgelegd stuk. De veiligheidskopie is voor het overige onderworpen aan de op offertes toepasselijke regels van het KB van 16.7.2012.
