        The tender aims at stimulating investments in the ‘sustainable energy’ field by raising the skills of local and regional agencies in energy efficiency, financing and project development. The action should last for 36 months and will address the need for improvement of the operational capacity of energy agencies, training their personnel and promoting the exchange of knowledge and experiences related to the development and implementation of local actions and projects on energy efficiency and renewable energy sources.
