         Accord-cadre pour la fourniture de produits de boulangerie, pâtisserie et croissanterie dont tous les termes sont fixés et avec un seul adjudicataire par lot.

         Il s"agit un marché dans lequel l"adjudicataire ne livre pas l"ensemble des fournitures en une fois, mais par livraisons fractionnées sur base de bons de commandes successifs au gré des besoins du pouvoir adjudicateur, pendant toute la durée du marché.

         L"adjudicataire recevra des demandes de produits complémentaires lors de l"exécution du marché car il était impossible pour le pouvoir adjudicateur de lister l"ensemble des ses besoins pour une aussi longue période. Les produits supplémentaires seront soumis aux prescriptions du présent CSCH.

         En cours d"exécution, d"autres sites pourront être livrés à la demande expresse du pouvoir adjudicateur.

         Le pouvoir adjudicateur souhaite renforcer la cohésion sociale et le développement durable en réalisant un effort de formation.
