         Le présent cahier spécial des charges est relatif à un marché de services au sens de la catégorie 12 de l"annexe IIA visée à l"article 3 de la loi du 15.6.2006 relative aux marchés publics et à certains marchés de travaux, de fournitures et de services.

         Le présent marché de services consiste à étudier, diriger et surveiller les travaux de revitalisation de Flémalle-Grande jusqu"à la réception définitive des ouvrages.

         Les missions d"étude et de direction des travaux et les missions de surveillance des travaux, dans le cadre de l"exécution du marché, font l"objet de commandes séparées par le pouvoir adjudicateur.

         Le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve le droit de ne pas donner suite à ces missions de surveillance des travaux d"égouttage et des travaux communaux, sans que l"adjudicataire puisse prétendre à une indemnité ou un dédommagement quelconque.
