Technical secretariat of the ADCO group under the Construction Products Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council (CPR)).
The purpose of this contract is to cater for the appropriate technical assistance to the cooperation of Member States authorities within the field of market surveillance under the Construction Products Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council; the CPR). This cooperation is taking place predominantly within the ADCO–CPR group, established by the competent market surveillance authorities of Member States already under the preceding Council Directive (89/106/EEC; the CPD). More specifically, the contractor shall assist the chair of the said group in the preparation of the meetings of the said group, acting as its technical secretariat: the tasks of the administrative secretariat providing the logistical support to the group"s work are dealt with by means of another contract. Moreover, the contractor shall provide technical assistance also for the working groups created under ADCO and organisation of different other cooperative actions between the said MS authorities, notably the joint market surveillance programme.
The place of performance of the tasks shall be the contractor"s premises or any other place indicated in the tender, with the exception of the Commission"s premises.
Service contract for a technical secretariat with an initial maximum duration of 12 months and a maximum amount of 100 000 EUR. The contract may be renewed 3 times for a period of 12 months and a maximum amount of 100 000 EUR for each year, only with the express written agreement of the contracting authorities before the payment of the balance.
The working language of this technical secretariat is English.
A maximum value of 400 000 EUR for the maximum total duration of 4 years.
