         Introduction:

         Le présent marché est un marché de services ayant pour objet le soutien en matière de gestion et d"optimisation des processus au sein de l"AWIPH.

         L"ICDI exécute ses missions en fonction des priorités et des orientations définies dans un contrat de gestion. Parmi ses missions de base, l"ICDI doit contribuer à maintenir et améliorer l"efficacité, l"efficience et la durabilité des mesures prises par le gouvernement.
