         GIAL souhaite conclure un accord-cadre et, à sa suite, plusieurs contrats d"exécution pour le remplacement des véhicules de son parc automobile.

         L"accord-cadre peut être attribué à un ou plusieurs contractants (maximum 3). En cas de pluralité de contractants, les contrats d"exécution seront attribués après une nouvelle mise en concurrence sur base de la meilleure offre remise.

         Sont concernés par cet accord-cadre, à ce jour, un parc de 20 véhicules mixtes et 2 véhicules utilitaires.

         Le présent marché est conclu pour une durée de 48 mois à dater de la notification de la décision d"attribution.

         Par durée du marché, il faut entendre la période au cours de laquelle des contrats d"exécution de l"accord-cadre peuvent être conclus.

         Les fournitures sont donc échelonnées sur la période de 48 mois et peuvent faire l"objet d"une réception distincte lors de chaque commande.

         Les obligations qui découlent des contrats d"exécution (exécution desdits contrats, garanties, etc.) peuvent s"étendre au-delà de la durée du marché.
