         The key objective of this service contract is the production of the 2018 and 2019 editions of the yearly European innovation scoreboard and the 2019 edition of the 2-yearly regional innovation scoreboard.

         The contract is divided into 4 work packages (WP) with the following main deliverables:

         — work package 1: European innovation scoreboards 2018 and 2019,

         — work package 2: regional innovation scoreboard 2019,

         — work package 3: methodological development,

         — work package 4: dissemination and communication activities.
