         Voorwerp van deze werken: bouwen van 1 071 m kaaimuur aan de westelijke zijde van het zuidelijk kanaaldok te Zeebrugge.

         De aanneming omvat hoofdzakelijk:

         1. Uitvoeren van een gedetailleerde studie van de kaaimuur m.i.v. het leveren van de uitvoeringsplannen.

         2. Aanvragen van een omgevingsvergunning, aspect milieu voor bronbemaling en werfinrichting.

         3. Bouwen van de kaaimuur:

         a. verwezenlijken van een bouwput voor de kaaimuur,

         b. aanbrengen van bemalingsinrichtingen,

         c. het bouwen van de kaaimuur,

         d. het leveren en plaatsen van fenders.

         4. Grondaanvullingen.

         5. Leveren van 3 exemplaren van de as-builtplannen van alle onderdelen bij de voorlopige oplevering.

         6. De aanneming omvat tevens:

         a. alle werken, inrichtingen, vervoer en bijkomende leveringen nodig voor het uitvoeren en tot stand brengen van de werken zoals beschreven in onderhavig bijzonder bestek,

         b. alle leveringen en werken nodig voor het onderhoud gedurende de waarborgperiode van 2 jaar.

         De aandacht van de inschrijver wordt erop gevestigd dat de werken uitgevoerd worden binnen in het afgeschermde havengebied in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van een terminal in volle exploitatie. Om toegang te krijgen tot het werkgebied zal de aannemer zich moeten schikken naar de voorschriften van het havenbestuur en de terminaluitbater.

         Alle documenten zijn op te stellen in het Nederlands.

         Plaats van uitvoering: Havengebied Zeebrugge, Zuidelijke achterhaven, Zuidelijk kanaaldok.
