            Inlichtingen over de raamovereenkomst:

            De opdrachten in percelen 1, 3 en 4 worden gesloten door middel van een raam-overeenkomst met 1 deelnemer. Niet alle voorwaarden werden in de raam- overeenkomst bepaald. De aanbestedende overheid kan de deelnemer aan de raamovereenkomst indien nodig schriftelijk raadplegen om hem te verzoeken zijn offerte aan te vullen. De gevraagde regieprijzen uit de inventaris gelden als basis voor bijkomende offertes.

            De raamovereenkomst zal gesloten worden met de inschrijver die de economisch meest voordelige (rekening houdend met de gunningscriteria) offerte heeft ingediend.

            De opdracht in perceel 2 wordt gesloten door middel van een raamovereenkomst met 3 deelnemers.

            De opdrachten zullen beurtelings verdeeld worden, waarbij gestart wordt met de eerst gerangschikte. De beurtrol kan doorbroken worden omwille van continuïteit en efficiëntie: indien een vormgever een ontwerp rond concept x (bv. flyer over sport op KdG) heeft gerealiseerd waar KdG nadien een productlijn van wil maken (zoals extra folders, affiches, t-shirts, …) dan zal die opdracht vanuit continuïteit naar dezelfde vormgever gaan.
