         Ce marché vise à la désignation d"un service externe de prévention et de protection au travail /SEPPT/ Surveillance de la santé des travailleurs et gestion des risques — CPAS de Molenbeek Saint-Jean. Ce SEPPT est divisé en 2 sections:

         Section 1: Surveillance de la santé des travailleurs (conformément aux dispositions légales de l"arrêté royal du 28.5.2003 et 23.5.2014).

         Section 2: Gestion des risques au niveau de toutes les disciplines du bien-être au travail à savoir: la sécurité au travail, la médecine du travail, ergonomie et hygiène industrielle...) ainsi que la gestion des risques au niveau des aspects psychosociaux (désignation d"un conseiller en prévention compétent en matière des aspects psychosociaux).

         Ce marché concerne l"ensemble des agents ouvriers et employés du Centre public d"action sociale de Molenbeek-Saint-jean (aussi bien les travailleurs au sein de l"Administration centrale qu"au sein des services décentralisés du CPAS et de la Maison de repos).

         Lieu de la prestation du service:

         1- le CPAS de Molenbeek-Saint-Jean: Rue A. Vandenpeereboom 14 à 1080 Bruxelles;

         2- la résidence Arcadia: rue Ferdinand Elbers 20, 1080 Bruxelles;

         3- les différents sites dépendant du CPAS situés à 1080 Bruxelles:
