         Bestek nr. FAC-D-DUIK-16-80 — Uitvoeren van werken en inspecties onder water en dringende tussenkomsten van duikers in het ambtsgebied van NV De Scheepvaart.

         Deze aanneming heeft tot doel om op verzoek van de aanbestedende overheid, binnen de 3 uur (in geval van dringende opdrachten) of na afspraak (in geval niet-dringende opdrachten) een duikploeg ter plaatse te hebben voor de uitvoering van inspectiewerken en/of (bijhorende) duikwerkzaamheden op infrastructuren in de kanalen beheerd door NV De Scheepvaart gedurende een termijn van maximaal 4 jaar. De aannemer moet hiervoor 24 uur op 24 uur, gedurende 365 dagen per jaar telefonisch bereikbaar zijn, via 1 centraal oproepnummer, en moet binnen het voorziene tijdschema de duikers ter plaatse zenden binnen het territorium van NV De Scheepvaart.

         De werkzaamheden betreffen (niet limitatief):

         — inspectiewerken onder water;

         — opruimen van obstakels onder water;

         — uitvoeren van werken aan kunstwerken onder water.

      De uitvoeringstermijn van de opdracht bedraagt 1 kalenderjaar.

      De verschillende deelopdrachten hebben afzonderlijke termijnen die elkaar kunnen

      overlappen. Aan de deelopdrachten worden door de aanbestedende overhead

      uitvoeringstermijnen toegekend in functie van de uit te voeren diensten.

      Voor de verschillende deelopdrachten wordt een apart aanvangsbevel gegeven.

      De opdracht kan worden verlengd:

      Stilzwijgende verlenging

      De opdracht wordt stilzwijgend verlengd met een termijn van 1 kalenderjaar. De totale duur (incl. verlengingen) is beperkt tot 4 kalenderjaren.

      De aanbestedende overheid heeft het recht de opdracht niet te verlengen zonder enige vorm van schadevergoeding. De niet verlenging wordt aan de opdrachtnemer genotificeerd tenminste 30 kalenderdagen voor het verstrijken van de lopende geldigheidstermijn.

      De opdrachtnemer heeft gedurende de duur van de opdracht geen exclusiviteitsrechten.

      De aanbestedende overheid heeft het recht om, tijdens de duur van de opdracht, een derde opdrachtnemer aan te stellen om prestaties vervat in deze opdracht uit te voeren.
