         De opdracht bestaat uit:

         Engineering, realisatie, levering en plaatsing van alle hardware en alle software voor de realisatie van alle multimediale en interactieve toepassingen van het Yper museum in het daarvoor bestemde deel van de lakenhallen te Ieper.

         — Engineering en advies op basis van de ontwerpen en concepten.

         — Realisatie van de nodige proefopstellingen en demo-elementen.

         — Ontwikkelen en testen van alle nodige software, besturingen en CMS.

         — Integratie en bekabeling van alle hardware-elementen in het meubilair in overleg met de aannemer meubilair.

         — Levering, transport en plaatsing van alle gevraagde elementen on site.

         De opdrachtnemer werkt steeds in nauw overleg met de aanbestedende overheid en het ontwerpteam. De definitieve engineering en configuraties worden steeds voorgelegd aan het ontwerpbureau ter goedkeuring.
