         Quantité estimée pour un an sur base des consommations de 2016:

         — Caspofungine 50 mg: 830,

         — Caspofungine 70 mg: 300.

         Ces quantités sont données à titre informatif et n"engagent en rien le pouvoir adjudicateur. Les quantités exactes seront déterminées par les bons de commande établis par le pouvoir adjudicateur.

         Durée du marché: 3 ans.

         Le marché peut être prolongé une fois par tacite reconduction pour une période de 1 an, sauf préavis de 3 mois notifié par lettre recommandée donné par le pouvoir adjudicateur avant la fin de la période de 3 ans du marché initial (voir le point II.9.1).
