         Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture de cartes carburant pour les différentes entités juridiques.

         Le marché entre en vigueur le premier jour ouvrable qui suit la date de notification de l"attribution et aura une durée de 3 années.

         Toutefois le contrat sera résiliable sans indemnité à chaque date anniversaire moyennant le respect d"un préavis de trois mois notifié par envoi recommandé.

         Afin de couvrir une période de transition avec un nouveau fournisseur, la marché peut faire l"objet d"avenants le prolongeant de maximum 3 périodes d"un mois.

         Les cartes magnétiques sont réparties de la manière suivante:

         La consommation totale estimée pour 3 ans de diesel routier s"élève à 280.000 litres
