         Het voorwerp van de opdracht is het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de leasing van bedrijfsfietsen en bijkomende dienstverlening wat betreft onderhoud, herstellingen en operationeel beheer.

         Het gaat hierbij om de operationele leasing van klassieke stadsfietsen, plooifietsen en elektrische fietsen.

         Momenteel zijn een 80-tal bedrijfsfietsen in gebruik binnen de bestaande lopende contracten.

         Bij afloop van de respectievelijke leasingperiodes binnen de bestaande lopende contracten en binnen de nieuwe overeenkomst, kunnen de medewerkers opnieuw opteren voor een bedrijfsfiets.

         De beoogde overeenkomst is een raamovereenkomst die een contractueel kader schept met betrekking tot het vastleggen van voorwaarden van individuele deelopdrachten betreffende de operationele leasing, die in de loop van de opgegeven periode zullen worden toegewezen.

         De beëindiging van de raamovereenkomst leidt niet tot de beëindiging van de deelopd...(zie opdrachtdocumenten).
