Study on value chain and manufacturing competitiveness analysis for hydrogen and fuel cells technologies.
The objective of the proposed study is to perform an in-depth analysis of the European fuel cells and hydrogen value chain and manufacturing competitiveness, to assess the dimension and contribution that the European fuel cells and hydrogen sector could make to the European economic recovery and sustainable growth, and to recommend specific actions and investments to public and private stakeholders to support fact-based strategic decisions.

Study on value chain and manufacturing competitiveness analysis for hydrogen and fuel cells technologies
1. To evaluate and select critical components and give a focus to aspects critical to manufacturing, as well as providing an additional perspective into global competitiveness;
2. To fulfill the requirements of IT assistance.
You may submit any observations concerning the award procedure to the Contract Authority indicated under heading I.1.
If you believe that there was maladministration, you may lodge a complaint to the European Ombudsman within 2 years of the date when you became aware of the facts on which the complaint is based (see http://ombudsman.europa.eu). Such complaint does not have as an effect either to suspend the time-limit to launch an appeal or to open a new period for lodging an appeal. Within 2 months of the notification of the award decision you may lodge an appeal to the body referred to in VI.4.1.
