        Le marché a pour objet la livraison, l’installation et l’activation de terminaux fixes. Il s’agit d’un marché à bon de commande et le pouvoir adjudicateur s’engage à passer une commande initiale de 31 terminaux fixes.

        Le marché, pour une durée de 48 mois, a pour objet également l’abonnement, les frais liés aux paiements, la maintenance des terminaux et l’assistance technique.
