        Detail opdrachtdocumenten.

        Er wordt de inschrijvers attent gemaakt op het feit dat alle door dit bestek gevraagde bewijsstukken, documenten, bijlages enz. bij de offerte in polis vorm dienen bijgevoegd te worden op straffe van substantiële onregelmatigheid van deze offerte. Er wordt verwezen naar de checklist in bijlage van dit bestek om de inschrijvers te helpen bij de opmaak van een volledige en administratieve conforme offerte. De offerte zal worden opgemaakt in drievoud: 1 origineel gedrukt exemplaar, 1 gedrukte kopie en 1 kopie op digitale drager (op CD-rom of op USB).

        Voorbehouden opdracht.

        Er kan in het kader van deze opdracht enkel als verzekeringsmaatschappij een offerte ingediend worden, zoals omschreven in de selectie en toegangsvoorwaarden infra.
